At The Thruster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
